Delivery Policies
Sunday delivery is not available.
- Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are available for 2-day delivery for an extra charge of $12.99. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day.
- There is a 12pm cut-off item for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day
- Saturday delivery is available in most areas. There is no Sunday delivery available.
- Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. For specific items including fresh fruit and gourmet items these may not be available for delivery on Monday.
- A valid telephone number needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided, than delivery for your gift may be delayed.
- Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge
- The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home. Also, we do not guarantee time delivery requests.
- Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process the order. Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital.
- Item cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO?s.
